The United Nations film, television performers and Arts Committee (unftpac) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) within the framework of the United Nations. On June 24, 2020, it was registered in accordance with the Hong Kong Societies Ordinance (Chapter 151, section 5A (1)). Its registered address is room 412, 4th floor, Austin building, phase 1, 22-26 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The committee is chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger, a well-known film and television actor, and co chaired by Professor Dai Yudong, a well-known Chinese scholar, writer and social activist.

The Committee aims to respond to the agenda of the United Nations, take film and television art as a bridge, link global film and television actors and artists, gather social forces, promote public welfare practice, promote cultural integration of different countries and regions, and inject artistic vitality into the development of relevant undertakings of the United Nations through cultural and artistic communication and exchanges in the fields of sustainable development, building a safer world, helping countries in transition, empowering women and youth, and reducing poverty.

Its development has been concerned and supported by the United Nations. On october21,2019, the United Nations Global Communications Department (DGC) gave a positive response to the application of relevant non-profit organizations of the committee, recognized their names and other qualifications, laid a foundation for the committee to carry out international exchanges, cooperate with the United Nations to promote cultural public welfare work, and helped to convey the concept of peace, development and cooperation in the international arena as an art.
